"In her latest play, Bilgesu Erenus tells the story of the English woman writer Virginia Woolf (1882–1941).
As the writer's husband prepares to appear on a television program about Virginia Woolf, he finds himself face-to-face with his wife, whom he lost many years ago. This encounter, crafted using the "stream of consciousness" technique developed by Woolf, unfolds as a reckoning of their entire lives.
The play explores the struggles and inner world of Virginia Woolf during her lifetime, juxtaposed with contemporary issues, reflecting the growing interest in Woolf in recent years in our country."
